ANA the basics: 20 TIPS
- i do not promote eating disorders.
- this is just the things i wish i knew sooner
1) Drink A LOT of water
2) Tea and coffee is really tasty
3) soda in general is so fucking bad for you, diet soda included but i mean it’s diet
4) 12 hour fasts aren’t that hard
5) do light exercise, it will make you feel better
6) you are in control, food isn’t.
7) you don’t need that next meal. most people have enough fat to be able to last long enough for 25-50 days. you’ll be fine.
8) lemon water is fucking amazing.
9) read anything, a book or a fanfic it doesn’t matter.
10) look at thinspo, it will always help.
11) weigh morning and night. if you binge you can see how it effects your weight.
12) i don’t recommend this but smoking or vaping helps me not eat.
13) you will always wake up lighter then you were the night before.
14) sleep, a lot, chances are you need it after not eating.
15) you can’t eat when you sleep.
16) listen to your favorite music.
17) look at clothes that you will look good in at your UGW.
18) wake up a bit early and when you undress and compare now to your first goal weight! boom motivation.
19) work out, even if it’s 20 jumping jacks. i promise it’ll make you feel a little better.
20) stay fucking safe 💗
